Category improvements:
* Manage your categories on a per list basis
* No more duplicates
* Edit categories directly from the category header.
NEW: Choose your own colors for categories.
NEW: Re-order categories on a list. Check it out in “Manage Categories” from the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Misc fixes:
* “Email a list” now includes Total List price. Note: Cart Total will not appear.
* Long pantry list names are now wrapped to a single line
